REGISTRATION FORMS
Thank you for choosing Little Saints for your childcare needs. The required forms listed are to be completed before enrollment, and at six month intervals following. Child Health Assessments need to be updated each time the child receives vaccines. Please complete and bring with you to your enrollment meeting, or email to jfuller@popejohnpaul2sch.org. tips to prepare your infant for child care

* make sure your baby can drink from a bottle if breastfed. have another caregiver offer bottles.

* spend enjoyable time on the floor playing with your baby. lots of tummy time.
​
*introduce your baby to new people.
​
*have your baby sleep in the crib. don't be afraid to make some noise around the baby while sleeping.
