Jackie Fuller
Director
Jackie earned her degree in Early Childhood Education from West Chester University. A Coatesville native, Jackie graduated from Coatesville Catholic Elementary and Bishop Shanahan High School. She has spent many years teaching in and directing child care centers, working with private families, and in various administrative positions. Jackie is married with 2 children who currently attend Pope John Paul II School. Jackie feels privileged to have the opportunity to combine her strong Catholic faith and her love for early education in her role as Director of Little Saints Academy.
Kirsten Welty
Assistant Teacher Infant Center
Kirsten Welty spends her days with the babies in the Infant Center. She has worked in childcare for more than 28 years, in both center based facilities and as a private nanny for 19 1/2 years with the same family. Kirsten is originally from Colorado. She moved to PA after meeting her husband on a mission trip in Mexico and getting married. Kirsten has one daughter, her greatest joy. She enjoys family vacations and visiting family and friends back in CO. Kirsten is extremely happy to be working with the awesome team at Little Saints.
Elizabeth Murphy
Toddler 1 Assistant Teacher
Elizabeth Murphy joined Little Saints full time in our Toddler 1 classroom. Elizabeth studied physical therapy at PIT and used those skills to encourage milestones in our little ones! Elizabeth has a son and currently resides in Downingtown. She enjoys rock climbing, skydiving, and scuba diving!
Hannah Motyl
Toddler 2 Teacher
Hannah has a BS in Education from Steubenville University in Ohio. Originally from Florida, Hannah now lives in Coatesville on a farm with her parents and four younger sisters. Before joing our Little Saints faculty, Hannah taught 4th grade at St. Leo the Great Catholic Elementary school in Lancaster. Prior to that she served as a private nanny for two Coatesville families and volunteered at St. Philomena Academy Nursery, also in Coatesville. Hannah is excited to be part of the Little Saints Academy and the Pope John Paul II school family.
Barbara Bates
Assistant Teacher
Barb has a teaching degree in Health and Physical Education. For the past 36 years, she has been working at the Brandywine YMCA as preschool teacher, life guard and swimming and fitness instructor. Barb’s interests include reading, sewing and crafts and teaching Awannas and Sunday School. She loves anything that has to do with nature especially hiking, birds and butterflies. At least several times a week you will find Barb kayaking on the lake at sunrise or sunset. Barb has 2 children and a granddaughter who attended PJP from Kindergarten to 8th grade. Barb looks forward to sharing her passion for teaching with her coworkers and the children at Little Saints Academy.
Laurel Lowe
AssistantTeacher Infant Center
Laurel is currently enrolled in Delaware Community College to earn her bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education. Laurel has many years of child care experience in home care and other child care facilities as well as having her own stepson. Laurel enjoys spending time with her husband and her stepson when she's not at Little Saints. A Coatesville native, Laurel loves being a part of the Little Saints family and is excited to continue to watch it grow.
Nicole DeHaut
Toddler 1 Teacher
​Nicole DeHaut helped to open our Toddler 1 classroom in Fall 2019. She graduated from Methacton High School and Montgomery County Community College with a degree in Early Childhood Education. Nicole lives in Coatesville with her husband and two sons, who currently attend PJPII. She enjoys cooking and traveling. Nicole is proud to be a part of Little Saints, and to help our one year olds thrive!
Allison Turner
Toddler 2 Teacher
Ally has an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and has worked with young children for over 12 years. Recently she was a preschool teacher for 6 years teaching ages 3 through 5. In her free time Ally enjoys spending time with family and friends. Her hobbies include shopping and exercising outdoors. She is also an artist and enjoys painting with pastels, watercolor and oil paints. Ally is honored to be a teacher at Little Saints Academy and is beyond excited to be a part of enriching your child’s learning experience.
Jen Emmons
Assistant Teacher
In addition to joining Little Saints Academy as an Assistant Teacher, Jennifer has been a long time volunteer at PJPII. She serves as a lunch monitor and CARES staff member. Jen has a son in the 7th grade at PJPII. Prior to joining PJPII, Jennifer worked in the financial planning industry as a Planning and Communications Associate. She graduated from Lebanon Valley College with a BS in Business in 1991. as a mom, she is committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for your children at Little Saints Academy.
Matt Riggio
Assistant Teacher PK-3 Extended Care
Matt Riggio joins Little Saints in our PK-3 Extended Care program, working with the children after school. Matt is a graduate of Bishop Shanahan High School and Temple University. Matt has a diverse background of experience, including the United States Army. Matt enjoys spending time with his niece and nephews, and writing stories. Matt is a parishioner of St. Joe's in Downingtown.
